We are pleased to announce the MassCUE and M.A.S.S. 2016 Annual Technology Conference, co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Computer Using Educators (MassCUE) and the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents (M.A.S.S.). Both organizations recognize the benefits of a collaborative partnership that focuses on the collective interests of our school districts.  We will be providing educators from across the Commonwealth and New England with exciting ways to enhance teaching and learning with technology.

Get Real: Authentic Tasks in the 21st Century Classroom

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

If the last day of school is supposed to look like the first day of the real world, and with so much emphasis on college and career readiness, how can teachers shift their practice to include a series of engaging, real-world tasks? Within our BYOD-centered classrooms, we are helping our students meet the standards while equipping them with skills they will use for the rest of their lives. We'll share our vision for a classroom that promotes passion-based learning, real-world assessment and authentic response.
