Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Watertown High School has a brand new Fab Lab in the library. There are presently 618 Fab Labs in the world. Fab Labs are all interconnected world wide and share open source designs. Students are learning the design process using new technologies like 3D printers, Laser Cutters, Vinyl Cutters, CNC Router (in the shop), 3D scanner and older technologies like sewing machines, scissors, and paper. Discover how we created this space and how learning is happening through integrating curriculum, individual projects and our new design class. Listen to students talk about what this has meant to their learning.
