Employing Effective Strategies for Analyzing, Interpreting, and Leveraging Student Assessment Data

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

School districts are looking to better measure academic achievement through the use of assessment data while reducing the amount of testing students are facing in their classrooms. This can be accomplished by giving educators specific analytical frameworks, activities and protocols, supported best by a partner with experts in the field of education and data analysis.
Participants will learn how to effectively:

  • Turnkey specific data-driven protocols and activities to various staff members throughout the year to more effectively measure student performance

  • Create cut-scores on local assessments to MCAS/PARCC performance levels, and create relevant and applicable target growth scores for different student achievement bands and teacher growth targets

  • Effectively measure test quality (reliability and predictive accuracy)

  • Effectively leverage assessment data more effectively for labor-intensive processes
