How and why one school upgraded all of their classrooms with new technology.  With their projects and Smartboards hitting the end of their lifecycle, Gann set out to reimagine the classroom technology. The key goals were flexibility, unchaining the teacher from the front of the classroom and taking advantage of BYOD. The solution is a combination of wireless projection, teacher 2 in 1 tablets with a digital pen, and Office 365.

This presentation will include the decision process, pilot program, integration and a presentation from a teacher on the classroom in action. Alex Somers Lahr, a math teacher from Gann Academy will present the classroom in action portion.  She was also a leader on the pilot team.
