We are pleased to announce the MassCUE and M.A.S.S. 2016 Annual Technology Conference, co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Computer Using Educators (MassCUE) and the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents (M.A.S.S.). Both organizations recognize the benefits of a collaborative partnership that focuses on the collective interests of our school districts.  We will be providing educators from across the Commonwealth and New England with exciting ways to enhance teaching and learning with technology.

iCan with iOS: Supporting All Learners

Students with specific learning disabilities and/or ADHD have average to above average intelligence and can function extremely well in learning environments, when provided with the tools to do so. Built-in iOS features support learning for all of the unique and individual children we have the opportunity to educate. This session will focus on specific iOS features, including apps and strategies, that support reading comprehension, speech/oral expression, written expression and organization, time management & planning. Come explore the rich set of accessibility features Apple devices offer and how you can customize them to help diverse learners succeed. Learn ways to integrate them into activities, student projects and your classroom instruction.
